This is the day the Lord has made I choose to be glad
Yes, the choice is yours to be happy or sad.
God wants you happy, joyful and enjoying life.
Satan, however, wants you full of misery and strife
The day we thank God for this privilege of this day.
I choose to celebrate this day the old fashioned way
There are some here now that hate our God and the USA
They are full of lies and deception. Don't believe what they say.
Let’s live to love someone else today
So many people are hurting in a way
They feel overwhelmed in their life
Their life is plagued by hurts and strife
I must admit that now I”m retired
I sometimes feel like I have been fired.
I was a busy Naturopath Doctor for 25 years
Now when I see all the sickness I’m in tears
Oh Lord, let me just today
Honor you with what I do and say
At this time in my life, I know it’s late
I know my actions can seal my fate.
It’s Monday morning once again
I just can’t seem to remember when
I was this excited to see this day
I’m going to thank God come what may.
God wants you and me to succeed
Succeed in thought, word and deed.
If you are truly living your life for God
Then your exemplary life to many will seem odd
What does money mean to you?
We all need it to live, it’s true.
Are you generous or not really
Here’s a secret, the Bible tells us clearly
So many Christians are in a financial mess today.
They don’t believe or know what the bible has to say
God wants His people prosperous and well
This is told in the bible and I’m hear to tell.
As I watch all those medical ads on TV
Then I listen to what they could do for me.
I then count the side effects be it many or few
And realize the possible harm they can do.

Just take note of what you do, think and say
So many times we major on the wrong
Ask yourself, did I glorify Jesus all day long?
