Do you ever, like me, feel like Apostle Paul

It seems like the things I don’t want to do at all

I do without any thought until after the fact

When will I stop and think before I act?

The Holy Spirit lives within me this I know
Is my relationship to Jesus only a show?
I know I can be forgiven each and every day
Is that why I don’t watch what I do or say?

This is what I hear from many friends of mine
They are sincere they want to quit and not just whine.
Thank God the first step is admitting their sin
Then repenting and ask for forgiveness again.

God loves them and he loves you and me too
And He will forgive whatever we do
But we must be sincere and live as we should
I’m sure if they could see Jesus watching they would.

News Flash! Jesus is watching us all the time
So why do we think we can get away with this sin of mine?
Some day, and it could be very soon, God will open His book
In there are all your sins and mine and His advice we forsook.
