One of the objectives of my poems every day.

Is to encourage people that have lost their way.

I want to be are like a ‘super hero’ to them each day.

This will be my goal for today, Asking  God, for His help as I pray.

 

I’ll seek out that one that is feeling depressed, discouraged and down.

You can always find one or two needing encouragement, look for their frown.

Yes, so many people are going through a terrible and tumultuous time.

I know it's happened to all of us at one time or another, yes, even mine.

 

But God wants us to be that special  man or woman of God that has a smile.

Just giving a cup of cold water to someone in need, or going the extra mile.

This is what God instructs us to do, and to show His sincere concern and love.

He has all the resources you’ll need and is watching from heaven above.

 

All your deeds of kindness to others, each day, be they large or small.

Won’t go unnoticed by Jesus, it’s true. So please don’t choose not to help at all.

God rewards those that help the poor and needy, it’s His promise to me and you,

So as a true Christian, be that ‘super hero’ and do what you can do.
