Often we don’t think my role in life doesn't  count for much.

We wonder who and when we were able to help and touch,

Someone who needed that word of encouragement that day.

Maybe helping that someone, so they didn’t go astray.

 

Never think your role in life is not important today.

No! God gave you that talent and skill to help in some way.

People need people to help them daily now in this life.

We all know there is a lot of turmoil, bitterness and strive.

 

You can be the one behind the scenes to save a life.

Many have attempted suicide because of a husband or wife,

That had ended a relationship because they found another.

That hurting one now needs you and Jesus as a sister or brother

 

If you were that person, you can stand in for them in prayer.

You can be the person to pray to Jesus. It doesn’t matter where.

That person could be close by you or someplace far away.

Just knowing there is no time or distance, when to Jesus you pray.
