It will influence all you do, think about and say.

Satan, our enemy, like to use this as a favorite tool.

When some worry and fret they become a demonic fool.

Let's really think about worry and what it really is to you.

It's like rocking in a rocking chair, it gives you something to do.

It doesn't get you anywhere, but creates frustration and tension.

When this happens it can cause us to do things I don't want to mention.

We can lash out at our family and friends for no apparent reason.

Oh yes we are so much fun to be around during this season.

But there is a better way to resolve this condition that works every time.

I've seen this happen in many lives including mine.

As a Christian, we have a much better way to get rid of all the stress.

We simply ask Jesus to handle this problem and all it's associated mess.

He longs to help his children live a life that's happy and free from care.

So when the trials and cares of this world come. Remember, Jesus is always there.
