So many people are stuck in this life.
They don't enjoy their kids, husband or wife.
Instead they put up with the old excuse,
That's just the way they are, what's the use?

This isn't the way that God wants us to live.
We each have talents and abilities to give.
This world needs what God placed in us at birth.
So, ignore those excuses and live for all you're worth.

The enemy will always give you reasons why.
He'll give you a ton of excuses not to even try.
That you’re too old, too young or not educated enough.
Or, maybe your color or nationality would make it too tough.

But, I'm telling you today that God has a better plan for you.
He placed in you that talent and skill and knows what you can do.
So, make up your mind to give it another try starting today.
God wants you to win in life, so ask for His help and pray.
