If you listen to the evening news and recall what they say
It's usually upsetting and negative reports to you every day.
This is the way of the world in every way.
So instead, read and spend time in God's word and pray.

When listening to and believing all the media blues, you'll lose.
As a child of the living God we have much better news!
God is still in control even though things look bleak.
He will lift you up to a new level when it is Him you seek.

Don't settle for anything less than God's best — you are special to God.
Know that you are a winner and declare it, and be considered odd.
Being odd for Jesus is not a bad thing, you will be incredibly blessed.
When you declare you are special and favored, you’ve passed the test.

God loves to hear us bragging on Him — we know we are a chosen race.
God put us on this earth here and now, and He knew what we would face.
He knows the beginning to the end, and knows what you are going through.
He has given you the talent, wisdom, grace and favor to do what only you can do.
