Have you ever noticed how the enemy likes to mess with our minds?
Things that bothered us, are something for him to remind.
He knows if he can get us upset again, it will ruin our day.
This is one of his demonic tricks, but it's not his only way.

Upsetting occurances that happened in the past, he likes to bring up again.
Some things that we had forgiven and tried to forget, but then,
He brings it up at the most inopportune time and makes us think.
This usually is done when we are tired and stressed out, in a blink.

We must know we are working with a professional now.
He's done this for many years and knows just when and how.
He came only to steal, kill and destroy, and that can also be joy.
He isn't happy unless you are miserable, and this is his ploy.

This, unfortunately, is when many revert to things they used to do.
They want relief and do something stupid, this is so very true.
If they take that problem to Jesus and have Him handle it His way,
They could grin and bear it and continue on with a happy day.
