Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
How I choose to live determines my strife.
If I choose to live a Godly life from this day on
with all this turmoil today, I must remain strong.

The enemy will provide ways for me to go astray.
Not just once or twice, but every single day.
I can choose to compromise, in the little things I do.
Satan our enemy can make it look okay, it's true.

We will all experience temptations in every way.
The enemy is bound and determined to lead us astray.
We know we are in the last days, before Christ's return.
Living a dedicated life for Jesus, is what I yearn.

Every day I write in my dairy what I did that day.
When asked about my walk with Jesus, what did I say?
Was I proud of the fact I belong to the Lord Jesus Christ now?
Did I tell them to be born-again, and teach and tell them how?
