I actually like Mondays… Why? You ask.
This is a brand new week, another opportunity to complete my task.
The task that the Lord has given me the talent and ability to do.
So, how do you feel about Mondays? Is my question to you.

My task is writing God inspired poems to hopefully help someone each day.
I must admit that as I start these poems, I don't know what God will say.
Some of my poems are funny, some serious and controversial it's true.
However, when God gives me the inspiration, I do what I'm told to do.

Today, this poem is about getting a fresh new start — free from the past.
If you asked the Lord to forgive you, and you repented, this forgiveness will last.
I can tell you that the enemy will try to remind you of your former sin.
He doesn't want you happy, prosperous and enjoying your season to win.

Why do we listen to Satan? We know he only wants our soul.
He doesn't want us to enjoy our life with Jesus, and being fully whole.
No, he knows that a child of God is a real boon to other lost folks.
That the child of God will always be victorious, regardless of his jokes.
