Today, when temptations come your way,
and they will, everyday, in many a way.
They could be in what you do, or what you say.
That's the time to listen to the Holy Spirit and then obey.

We all get that little voice telling us what's right or wrong,
that you shouldn't be there, as a Christian you don't belong.
And, the “there” that I'm referring to, could be in your mind.
When you became a child of God, you promised to leave that all behind.

This is speaking to many that have a secret sin.
God knows all about it, He knows what, how and when.
In these last days Satan is on the warpath for our very soul.
This is when we must be a vigilant Christian and in control!

It's so easy to go astray today with all the worldly pleasures.
However, this is the day to build up our Heavenly treasures.
Those treasures will be there in Heaven with us forevermore.
Stay true to Jesus and your rewards will be waiting for sure.
