As I walk downtown today, in my usual daily walk,
I find this is a great time to meditate, pray and talk.
God always has something wonderful to say to me.
It’s great to have this time, most Christians would agree.

The Lord is my best friend, and He helps me every day
to know how to witness, and what to say
to the one person He puts daily, into my life.
So, then I can say the words He prompts, without fear or strife.

People are hurting, many are scared and afraid.
Some are experiencing the results, of sins they have made.
Others are fretting, over the lack of a relationship or job.
Some are masking their fears, others just outright sob.

It’s so good to know, we have the answer to every need.
No, it’s not my intelligence, that could help them succeed.
It is the Word of the living God, that answers every need.
He is ready and willing to help, in thought, word and deed!
