Today I want this to be a “Thumbs Up” day.
I want the Lord to give us all a thumbs up
With how we treat others, what we do and say.

I made a lot of foolish decisions in the past
Those decisions created many problems.
God forgave me, however, the consequences last.

Sin is not your friend as many people think
Many live their life doing many things wrong
Not realizing that life could be over in a wink.

Today, we will all have opportunities to do good
It could be just a little something like a smile
But remember God is watching I want that understood.

He keeps track of our words, thoughts, actions and deeds.
Everything we do will always result in something.
What you do and say today, it’s like planting a seed.

Someday that seed will sprout and start to grow.
That little gesture that God gave you a “Thumbs Up”
Maybe something in this life you may never know.

But when we get to heaven and God opens the book
What you did today, that deed , is recorded there
And God Almighty will reward you for that effort you took.
