Today’s poem is from Psalm 39

It tells about your life and mine.

How God knew us before our birth

How valuable you are and your worth

 

Some think they are not worth much at all

This will sometimes leads to their fall

They look to the world for acceptance and love

Not realizing they are really loved by God above.

 

He cares and loves them today and everyday

Some, I agree, are not easy to love in anyway

But God loves them no matter what they do or say

That’s why He sent Jesus to show us all the way.

 

It’s hard to comprehend this kind of love for me

Knowing that God sent Jesus to die on that tree

To show his infinite love for all of us here on earth.

He died for you and me. That’s how much we are worth.
