Here’s a question for both me and you.
This is something to think about because it will come true.
When God opens the book and reviews your life and mine
What will be in that? Will you be happy or maybe whine?

There are some, in my case, many areas of life that weren’t good.
If we could turn back the clock I surely would.
I made so many mistakes that only the Lord could forgive.
Sometimes I wondered why he even let me live.

I know He had a purpose for my life and yours too
Now, at this late date in my life, I ask him what to do.
Not that I always do as I am told, even now
But relying on God for the answers, that’s how.

We sometimes don’t realize the consequences of sin
We had a choice and listened to the enemy to begin
The path that leads to destruction, guilt and pain
Live your life for God and your life will never be the same
