In life we all make many mistakes

However, when we confess our sins

And truly repent and turn from this evil

Forgiveness from Jesus is all it takes.

 

Now the slate is wiped clean, so to speak

Satan, however, will continue to tempt you where you are weak

He, Satan will set you up to fail once more.

He’s done it in the past and he knows how to score.

 

Yes this a game that we Christians must win

All around us, as you know, are opportunities to sin

We must be on guard and watch what we do and say

Don’t listen to the world, all sin to them is OK

 

We know that someday we will all stand in front of God

He will open the Book of Life. To many this sounds odd

But in that book are all our unconfessed sins, many or few

If you have unconfessed sins in your life now you know what to do.
