Easter is actually the Christians most important day, I say

It was when Jesus arose from the dead on the third day.

He defeated death and hell and to show us the way

Easter was important to the saints of old and also for us today.

 

Now we can be assured that  Jesus is alive and with us forevermore.

Satan created a diversion for this  occasion as he has done before.

The world has it’s Easter bunny that  looks cute and fun

Another trick of Satan  to get our eyes of the real  reason and real one

 

I’m not trying to be someone that is angry and upset

It’s just that many forget the real reason for this season and yet

Easter will always be the time to remember the who and the why

That God sent His only son Jesus to save us from our sins and to die .

 

 

So celebrate this occasion with gusto, joy and enjoy this special day

Now we no longer need to sacrifice a bull, goat or dove, or to pay

Jesus paid it all for us on Calvary and rising again on Easter the third day

Now all our sins past, present and future can be forgiven hallelujah and hooray.
