Let's remember the real reason
the real reason for the season
is the birth of Jesus born today
It really doesn't matter what others say.
Christmas day is a day we celebrate his birth
This was actually one of the greatest days on earth.
Just to think that Jesus left his heavenly home
Gave up his life in heaven and even left his throne
Why did he do this for you and for me?
To teach us how to live with him for all eternity.
His life here on earth was only thirty three years.
His life was full of forgiveness, pain, tragedty and tears.
When we consider the aweful price he paid for us
Dying on the cross in pain and agony without a fuss.
He gave his life voluntarily
To fulfill a 600 year old Bible prophesy
