If we would only live our life as the bible tells us too

Our lives would be totally different for most it's true

We, including me, sometimes listen to the wrong voice

and then blame God when we experience  that choice.

 

The choice that wasn't send by our Heavenly father

But we had the choice and we chose it rather

than totally doing the will of the Lord each and every day

My prayer for you and me is to be careful what we do and say.

 

Words are so powerful if we only really knew

They are a seed that will be planted, that word from you.

The word cannot be recaptured and erased

No what you spoke is forever in space

 

And remember all the words you speak are recordered in God's book

And someday when the book of life is opened and God takes a look

What will He see about the way we ran our life?

Did we create joy and peace or jealousy pain and strife?

 

So live you life today as if it were your last

And ask my Lord and Savior Jesus to forgive your past

He is waiting to hear your prayers, please pray today

And the Holy Spirit will give you the words to say.
