How many times should I forgive?
I think all of us should know, to really live.
The answer is in the Bible, so it's there we will look.
After all we can rely on the word of God, in the Book.
 
Even in the “Lord’s Prayer” we are told to forgive.
And, there are so many more verses helping us to live.
To live without hate, bitterness, resentment or strife.
Unforgivingness, it's a fact, can shorten our life.
 
When someone hurts you in any way,
forgive and forget, and of course always, always pray.
Let the Lord be your vindicator, after all, He does it best!
Then you can go about your day, and that night really rest.
 
If you are upset when it's time to go to bed
and you’re thinking of that wrongful deed instead,
the person that hurt you could care less that you are stressed.
So be wise and give your problem to Jesus because He knows best.
 
So today always forgive no matter what or how many times.
Your life will be much better without paying the unforgivingness fines,
because these fines can destroy your happiness and make your life a real  mess.
Forgiveness creates joy and happiness — unforgivingness creates sickness and stress.
