As a senior citizen I am appalled with events of the day.
Seems we have lost our sanity and really lost our way.
I can't even imagine some of the ridiculous new trends
I want to apologize to God and hopefully make amends.
Every day is a gift from God that you don't get back.
This is a reason we all need goals to keep us on track

Many don't have them and some we choose to delay.
When you have the opportunity to do wrong.
As a Christian you must say no and stay strong.
In these final days before the return of our Lord
We want to be confident of our seat on board.

I went fishing last night, but didn't get a bite.
I tried all that I knew but didn't get it right.
I tried minnows and worms they always catch a fish
but even then my dreams turned into a wish.

Many have a negative attitude about life.
Usually their life is disappointment and strife.
So many are living under the effects of stress today.
Stress is a factor that increases sickness and disease in many a way.
Stress can lower your immune system that fights to keep you well.

People will always judge you by the way you live.

According to Bible prophecy we know the end is very near
But as a true follower of Jesus Christ we have nothing to fear.
Yes, there will be wars and rumors of wars the Bible tells us so

He is the great deceiver that's his tool.
He wants people to think wrong
Unfortunately too many go along.
