Let's make everyday a thanksgiving day, starting today
Do this by how and what you do and say.
If we will all have an 'attitude of gratitude' today
Do this even when things are not going our way.
As I see our nation's foundation crumbling more and more
I know that our God is watching us and keeping score.
We were founded as a Christian nation, which many deny
The enemy is trying to destroy Christianity and I know why.
Thanksgiving is a wonderful time of the year
This is a time to thank God that we can live without fear.
Many only look at their problems and focus on them.
They forget how the Lord has blessed them and when.
Another month has past
At my age this could be my last
But I know life is short here on earth
So as a Christian live it for all you’re worth.

Good news! God is not mad at you or me.
That's sometimes hard to understand, I agree
When we do things that are wrong, called sin
He only requests that we ask forgiveness again.
Reading the headlines today
Is just another demonic way
To create frustration, anger and fear.
It also indicates that the rapture is very near.
Now that the president has vetoed the Keystone oil pipeline
We all loose the oil benefits for the USA that could have been yours and mine.
We can once again expect now our fuel prices to soar
Am I the only one or does anyone else remember how it was before?
We've all heard the term, "You can't take it with you".
Thought for the day. Today will never come again, it's true
So today be a blessing to someone by what you say and do
Be a true friend that can be relied on when things get tough.
Sometimes even a friendly gesture and a smile is enough.
So many are in the unemployment line today.
However, this is not telling about the usual way.
